1) Drive south of downtown on Interstate-35 and take the Woodward Exit. Turn left (east) onto Woodward, Wyndham Hotel on the left. Then left (north) on Parker Lane you will see Mable Davis Park on right. Montecito will be on your right after the park. Follow the signs to our leasing office where we will be waiting to welcome you to your new home. 2) From Interstate 35: If traveling south on Interstate 35 exit Oltorf St. Turn left (east) on Oltorf you will see Luby's on left. Once you pass Sonic you will see 7-Eleven turn right at Parker (south). Then Montecito on the left side. Follow the signs to our leasing office where we will be waiting to welcome you to your new home.
